Ahmad Printing Enterprise is not liable for any delay or damage due to machinery breakdown, Acts of God, government restrictions, or similar events. All design tools and content provided are the property of Ahmad Printing Enterprise. Your order signifies your agreement to these terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ahmad Printing Enterprise. We reserve the right to reject any order or change pricing at any time, even after receiving the order.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted after processing or shipping. Claims for defects must be made in writing within 2 business days of receiving the product. We will only replace orders if an error was made on our part.
Ahmad Printing Enterprise provides no express or implied warranty except replacement of defective products when applicable.
Shipping arrangements are made on behalf of the buyer, who is responsible for all related costs. We are not liable for delays or damage during shipping.
We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use of our products or services. The customer agrees not to hold us responsible for claims involving copyright or trademark violations related to their submitted content.
No refunds are provided once an order is processed or shipped. Refunds for unprocessed orders will incur a 5% admin fee and be returned via store credit only.
We stand by our quality. If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 5 days from collection date. Issues like spelling/design/image quality due to customer error are not covered. Color variation within 10% is acceptable unless agreed otherwise.
Procedure:
Processed jobs: no refund.
Unprocessed jobs: full refund minus 5% handling/admin fee. No cash refunds — online transfer only.
Delivery estimates provided upon ordering. Multiple shipments may occur. Dates apply to orders before 5PM with confirmed payment.
